Though i cry my tears of blood
And see my soul turn black
The voices always scream
About the things i lack
And when im finally free
To look upon my life
The road is oh so long
And only filled with strife
I've written a thousand words
And i'll write a thousand more
before i find the key
That unlocks the hidden door
To walk through and smile
Is all I'll ever crave
To find true love again
Not alone within my grave
Nothing as it seems
As darkness takes the light
